Sanzix.com is an e-commerce store offering paper crafting supplies and everyday essentials across a variety of product categories, with select items offered at a discount from time to time. We are based in the United States and serve customers throughout the country.

Some products on Sanzix.com may be offered at a discount from their regular price. Discounted items are sold in limited quantities and may sell out. Any "was/now" pricing shown reflects a genuine prior selling price. Return and refund eligibility for all items, including discounted items, is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We strive to ensure that all prices displayed on our Site are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price. We will notify you promptly if such a cancellation occurs and provide a full refund if payment has already been collected.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes unless stated at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states) only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or international addresses.

5.2 Shipping Rates & Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation, then shipped via standard delivery through trusted national carriers. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders totaling $30.00 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $30.00 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99. Please review our Shipping Policy page for full details.

5.3 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery dates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.4 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products purchased from Sanzix.com pass to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, or if your order is lost in transit or never delivered, please contact us at support@sanzix.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, for lost orders).

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will provide a replacement of the same product, or a refund to your original payment method, at your choice, once the issue is verified.
  • Lost or undelivered orders: Orders confirmed lost in transit or never delivered are refunded in full.
  • Order cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship.
  • Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size or variant selected by the customer, or buyer's remorse.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Sanzix.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and software, is the property of Sanzix.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using our Site, you agree not to:
