Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only when the item received is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, and the return request is submitted within 15 days of the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking information.
Replacement Only
In the event of a verified damaged or defective item, Clear Cart Deals will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. We do not offer exchanges for a different product or variant.
How to Submit a Return Request

- Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items returned after the 15-day delivery window.
- Items that are not damaged or defective, including change of mind, incorrect size selected by customer, or buyer's remorse.
- Items showing signs of misuse, accidental damage caused by the customer, or improper handling after delivery.
